Terms and conditions

We only have a few as follows:

RESERVATIONS

All reservations are confirmed with a 30% non- refundable deposit.
The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival.
Payment can be by cheque (payable to OQD, sent to the address below) or by bank transfer.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES

Access is usually by 4pm each day and departure is by 10am. Alternative times can be by arrangement only if possible. We have a lockbox with the door keys so unsociable hour arrival is no problem.

CANCELLATIONS

If for, any reason, you have to cancel your booking before the balance is due, please contact us immediately to avoid any loss of refund. Our policy on refund is as follows;
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival 60% refund
Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival 30% refund

PETS

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the accommodation.

SMOKING

Our properties are all non-smoking.
