It comprises of a recently built detached three bedroom bungalow called the 'Waterfront' and is fitted to the highest of standards. The home is spacious throughout, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, double (king size) and twin bedrooms all tastefully decorated, sleeping up to six in the three bedrooms.

The 'Waterfront' boasts an en-suite shower room in the master suite, and a natural flagstone floor in the kitchen/ dining room..

The lodge sits in it's own grounds and have large grassed garden areas. Scapa beach is less than 100yds from the front door and views extend over Kirkwall in one direction and Scapa Flow in the other.

Scapa lodges can be found near the shores of Scapa flow, less than a mile from the town of Kirkwall. Scapa beach is only a matter of yards from the front door, Scapa pier a short walk. Centrally located on the Orkney mainland the property is ideally located for both the East and West Mainland.

*Minimum stay is three nights, cleaning fee (£35) applies on lets of five nights or less.

The price is per property and includes all electricity, heating, linen, towels, baby equipment (cots, high chairs etc.), and apartment cleaning/ linen change weekly.

All weeks include; high quality bath towels, hand towels and bed linen (made up), tea towels and bath robe. There is an Orkney produce welcome hamper. Toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and all cleaning items.

The direct dialled telephone is charged at a competitive rate, the wireless broadband internet is free.
