The two Scapa Lodges are located by the beach of Scapa Flow, less than a mile from Kirkwall, Orkney Islands.

They comprise of recently built detached two and three bedroom bungalows, 'Shoreline' and 'Waterfront', fitted to the highest of standards. The homes are spacious throughout, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, double (king size) and twin bedrooms all tastefully decorated, sleeping up to four in the two bedroom or up to six in the three bedroom.

The 'Waterfront' (three bedroom villa) boasts an en-suite shower room in the master suite, and a natural flagstone floor in the kitchen/ dining room..

The lodges sit in their own grounds and have large grassed garden areas. Scapa beach is less than 100yds from the front door and views extend over Kirkwall in one direction and Scapa Flow in the other.

Scapa lodges can be found near the shores of Scapa flow, less than a mile from the town of Kirkwall. Scapa beach is only a matter of yards from the front door, Scapa pier a short walk. Centrally located on the Orkney mainland the property is ideally located for both the East and West Mainland.

The price is per property and includes all electricity, heating, linen, baby equipment (cots, high chairs etc.), and apartment cleaning/ linen change weekly.

All weeks include; high quality bath towels, hand towels and bed linen (made up), tea towels and bath robe. The welcome hamper contains Orkney oatcakes, shortbread and fudge, also tea, coffee and sugar sachets. Fresh cut flowers. Toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and all cleaning items.
High season extras include; milk, bread, local cheese, butter or margerine, orange juice and spring water.

The direct dialled telephone is charged at a competative rate, the internet is charged at the local rate.
